Di special request, saya minta 1 bed dan smoking room, tapi ternyata di email yg dikirim ke pihak Hotel tidak di tuliskan permintaan tersebut, sehingga terjadi perdebatan pada saat itu. Kecerobohan dari pihak hotelmurah.com tidak menuliskan keterangan yg saya minta sesuai dengan apa yg sudah saya tulis pada saat booking. Mudah2an ke depan nya tidak ada lagi kejadian seperti ini.
